Simply pop off the tops of your grinders and fill with your favorite seasonings. Twist the top in either direction to grind the desired amount of spice. The mill set is designed to work with Sea, Himalayan, Kosher and Rock salts and all types of pepper.
Adjust the coarse:
To adjust the coarseness of the grind, simply turn the adjustment knob located on the bottom of the grinder. Turn the knob clockwise to tighten the rotor and make the fine gritr. Turn the Counter knob clockwise to loosen the clockwise rotor and make the grit coarser. The rotor can be removed for cleaning, so be careful not to turn too far when adjusting the thickness.
Cleaning:
The set of mills and the accompanying tray are not dishwasher safe. To clean the exterior, simply use a damp cloth to wipe clean and then dry. grinder. Be sure to put the pieces are back in order.
